COQUITO - "The Art of Drink" series

Ingredients

- 15oz cream of coconut
- 14oz sweetened condensed milk
- 12oz evaporated milk
- 12oz white rum, or to taste
- 1 tsp coconut extract, or vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- Garnish: Ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, or cinnamon sticks


Steps

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Process until it's well mixed, cover it, and place it in the fridge.
3. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving. Tastes best very cold.
4. Shake to mix well right before serving.
5. Pour into a small glass and sprinkle the top with nutmeg or cinnamon or garnish with a cinnamon stick.
