Shipping Fee

 

WE SHIP TO THE USA & CANADA. 

**We do offer FREE Shipping on occasions. If not, the shipping fee will be based on our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping within the USA

Standard shipping is free when you spend $50 or more.

If your order is under $50, the standard shipping fee will be $5 (3-5 business days)

Shipping to Canada

Standard shipping is free when you spend $140 CAD or more.

 

If your order is under $140 CAD, the standard shipping fee will be $15 USD (6-10 business days)

When will my order ship?

We’ve been receiving a high volume of orders and our products are handcrafted, so processing time takes at least 3 to 5 business days. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Where do we ship?

We currently ship across the US (all 50 states). You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico

*International Orders: Please be aware that international orders may incur additional duties, taxes, or VAT charges upon delivery, depending on the regulations of your country. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

Yes - once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email providing all necessary tracking information for your package.

Once an order is placed, can I make any changes to my shipping address?

I'm having problems with the tracking.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via hello@subtleartstudios.com. We can give you the inside info.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at hello@subtleartstudios.com and we’ll be sure to get you the products you ordered!

 

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your items. Please reach out to hello@subtleartstudios.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll give you an instruction.

 

What’s your return policy?

We allow returns or exchanges for new, unused products within 7 days (after arrival date). 

For return, your refund will be minus the shipping cost.

For exchange, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. 

 

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
