We choose rubber beads and wooden buttons instead of gold or silver beads for 2 main reasons. Firstly, it is to prevent any metal allergies. Secondly, these materials are lightweight, so you can feel comfortable wearing your mask all day.
Each piece is handcrafted to order and made specifically for you, so the finish may differ slightly.

Standard shipping is free when you spend $50 or more.
If your order is under $50, the standard shipping fee will be $6 (3-5 business days)
Shipping to Canada
Standard shipping is free when you spend $75 or more.
If your order is under $75, the standard shipping fee will be $8 (6-10 business days)

Processing time takes 2 to 4 business days. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

We currently ship across the US (all 50 states). You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico

I'm having problems with the tracking.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via email@example.com. We can give you the inside info.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love your items. Please reach out to email@example.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll give you an instruction.
What’s your return policy?
We allow returns or exchanges for new, unused products within 7 days (after arrival date).
For return, your refund will be minus the shipping cost.
For exchange, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
